Little Court Apartment is ideal for couples looking for a base for walking, sightseeing and relaxing holidays. Formerly three stone stables but now converted into holiday accommodation, Little Court is well situated on the outskirts of Porlock for people to enjoy all that Exmoor has to offer.
Little Court Apartment is accessed via a private drive for the holiday apartments (shared with Groomscott), which is a just off the main road leading into Porlock. From the allocated parking space a path leads you to the apartment. Three steps lead up to French double doors that open into this apartment, which is all on one level. The large living room has polished timber floors and exposed roof beams, hinting at the history of the property and adding to the charm. A sofa, comfortable chair and a television are positioned at one end of the room, and king-sized bed at the other. Two small but perfectly fitted rooms are adjoined to the main living area, a shower room and the kitchenette. Other equipment includes toaster, kettle, a variety of kitchen utensils, cafetiere, cutlery, crockery and glasses. A television with freeview and DVD player is provided in the living area. Wireless internet is available at no extra cost. A hair dryer is provided for your convenience. Electricity and heating Electricity and heating costs are included in the price of your accommodation. Little Court Apartment has central heating which will be programmed for you but can be adjusted to suit your preferences. An additional electric heater is also be provided should you require it. Linen and towels Bed linen, duvets, blankets and towels are provided for your convenience, but please bring your own beach towels if you wish to take towels with you on day trips. Other provisions A small amount of tea, coffee, sugar, milk and biscuits are provided to ensure you can have a hot drink as soon as you arrive. Cleaning materials such as washing up liquid will be present in the property. One or two toilet rolls will be provided. Outside the property Directly outside is a private courtyard which faces towards Hurlstone Point and Selworthy Beacon - the perfect spot for breakfast alfresco and planning your day's activities! Parking Off-road parking for one car is available; this area is shared between Little Court Apartment and Groomscott Apartment (one parking space for each property). Dogs Dogs are welcome by prior arrangement (maximum of 2). A supplementary fee of £15 will be added to your invoice per dog. Please do not allow your dogs on the furniture and do not leave them alone in the property at any time. Smoking Little Court Apartment is strictly non-smoking. Arrival and departure The property will be ready from 4 pm on the day of your arrival. Please depart by 10 am on the last day of your stay. Please leave the property clean and tidy so that we can guarantee it will be ready on time for our next guests. Changeover days Little Court Apartment is available for week-long bookings and short breaks, with changeovers on Mondays and Fridays.

+ MoreThe village of Porlock is less than 1/2 mile from Little Court Apartment and boasts three pubs, two grocery shops, a traditional local butcher, chemist, cash machine, petrol station, hardware shop, visitor centre and a range of independent restaurants, shops and tea rooms. The... harbour at Porlock Weir is approximately 1.5 miles further on from Porlock. There are two restaurants, a pub and a range of individual shops such as tea rooms, Exmoor Glass, etc. Many of the shops in Porlock and Porlock Weir are open during traditional hours of 9 am to 5 pm, although hours are often extended during the summer season. Conversely, some shops also reduce their opening hours out of season. Minehead is the nearest town, approximately 6 miles from Porlock. Here you will find the larger supermarkets and petrol stations (Tesco and Morrison's are both situated on the outskirts of the town and have longer opening hours), most major high street banks with cash machines, plus a range of other shops throughout the town.
