Heasley House in Heasley Mill (Devon) was once a Georgian Mine Captain's home and as such is generously proportioned with light and airy rooms. Today it offers luxury holiday accommodation for groups of up to 16 guests, with ample living space in addition to the 8 en-suite double bedrooms. Relax and unwind in this glorious home, or experience something far more energetic, there are a wealth of adventures and activities right on the doorstep! On the ground floor there are two comfortable sitting rooms either side of the main entrance hall, both with large south facing windows and open fireplaces. Further into the building, in what was once the house's dairy, there's a bar with an open fire and across the hall there’s a dining room with a large table that seats up to 18. The commercial kitchen is at the rear of the property and has all the appliances that you may require for catering for a large group. There is one downstairs double bedroom (king size double bed, 5') with en-suite shower room plus toilet and hand basin. On the first floor are four double bedrooms (all with super-king size beds, 6') and each with an en-suite bathroom comprising a bath with shower over, toilet and hand basin. On the second floor are three further double bedrooms (two are super-king size beds, 6', and one is king size, 5'), again each bedroom has an en-suite; two have baths with a shower over, and one is a bath only, plus toilets and hand basins in each. Wifi, heating and electricity is included in the price of your accommodation. Bed linen and towels are provided, but please bring your own beach towels if you want to take them on day trips or use the towels outside.

Heasley House a lovely large garden surrounding the property, steps lead from the rear of the house into the garden. It's completed with boules pitch, outdoor seating area with umbrella plus a BBQ and outdoor kitchen too!

The village is just 1.5 miles from North Molton which includes a village shop, church and two pubs. South Molton is 5 miles away and is an interesting and lively country town, there ...is a local market on Thursdays and a farmers market on Saturdays. Barnstaple is the regional centre for North Devon offers a more comprehensive selection of commercial, retail and leisure facilities, the famous Pannier Market and Butchers Row is worth a visit– excellent for both meat and locally caught fish. Exmoor provides a great base for walking, cycling and exploring. There are also opportunities to ride, to play golf at the famous Saunton Sands Golf Course or to visit a number of outstanding gardens such as those at Marwood and RHS Rosemoor. It is also the place for anyone who just wants to relax and enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the North Devon countryside. Heasley Mill is within easy reach of Tarr Steps, The Chains - a wonderful place for the experienced walker, the Tarka Trail, the North Devon coastal path, Woody Bay and the Valley of the Rocks as well as Lynton and Lynmouth. The beaches at Saunton and Croyde are not far away.
North Devon's beaches are legendary. With easy access to Putsborough, Woolacombe, Saunton Sands, and Croyde to name a few, you are spoilt for choice. All offer great surf and all are dog-friendly.
