Security deposit
A security deposit of £100 is required when booking this property. This will be added to the total price of your booking, and will be refunded after your stay unless significant damage has occurred. 

Dogs
Up to two well behaved dog will be welcome by prior arrangement for a supplementary fee of £15 per dog. Dog blankets are provided to cover furniture. Please do not leave your dogs alone in the cottage at any time or allow them upstairs.

Accessibility Statement
The cottage is on 3 floors, with bathrooms on the first and second. There are steps down into the hall and up into the kitchen. The garden is stepped also. This makes the property unsuitable for wheelchair users and those with limited mobility. Some guests have found the toilet flush difficult for those with arthritis so please bear this in mind.
