Arlington 9, near Lynton

Arlington 9 near lynton is a terraced bungalow with double glazing throughout. The front door opens into the an open-plan kitchen and lounge with dining area (table and three chairs), which has been comfortably furnished. There are two bedrooms, one with double bed and one with a single bed; and the bathroom is comprised of shower over the bath, toilet and hand basin.

The property is level throughout, but there is a slope up to the bungalow from the parking area.

Arlington 10 is next door and also available for lettings, these two properties may be suitable for two families wishing to holiday together. (Arlington 10 does not accept bookings with pets).

Up to 2 well behaved dog are welcome in Arlington 9 by prior arrangement. A supplementary fee of £25 will be added to your invoice per dog. There are two fields to the rear of the property which guests are welcome to use for dog walking. 
Please do not allow your dog/s on the furniture or leave them alone in the property at any time.

Arrival is between 4 pm and 8 pm on the first day of your booking. Please depart by 10 am on the last day. Please leave the property clean and tidy so that we can guarantee it will be ready on time for our next guests.

Arlington 9 is available for week-long bookings (Saturday to Saturday) and short breaks, which are usually Saturday to Tuesday or Tuesday to Saturday. Other start dates may be available - please ask.

Arlington 9 is strictly non-smoking.

Local area
Lynton and Lynmouth are very special places to visit, the spectacular coastline and deeply cut river valleys in this unique area provide wonderful opportunities for walking; the South West Coast Path and the Two Moors Way are two examples. The famous Watersmeet is not far away, a beautiful National Trust tea garden and shop situated at the meeting of the East Lyn River and Hoar Oak Water. If this isn't enough, sandy beaches can be found within a delightful scenic drive.
