Kittiwake Cottage, a charming 2 bedroom barn conversion in Braunton, North Devon, accommodates up to 4 guests and warmly welcomes dogs year-round. This tastefully decorated mews-style holiday home, with off-road parking, is conveniently located near village amenities and not far from the beach.
On the ground floor of this bright and airy cottage, you'll find a spacious open-plan living area that includes a delightful lounge with a comfortable sofa and armchair. Double doors lead to a charming Juliette balcony. The well-equipped kitchen with integrated appliances and a dining table suitable for any occasion complete this level. Upstairs, there are two en-suite bedrooms. One features a French-style double bed, while the other offers a double/twin configuration with convenient zip and link beds. Both bedrooms boast modern en-suite bathrooms adorned with fired earth tiles and antique washstands. Outside, guests can enjoy the expansive grounds, spanning almost an acre and featuring an apple orchard, a courtyard terrace, and numerous secluded spots perfect for picnics or outdoor games. Walking to the garden's edge will lead you to a small river that meanders down to the village.
