Please note the first floor twin bedroom is accessed via a steep set of stairs, which has a stairgate at the top, it may therefore not be suitable for small children or those unable to climb stairs.

At the heart of the property is the well-appointed kitchen/diner, equipped with an electric cooker with a gas hob, a washing machine, a fridge, and a dishwasher. There is also a convenient pantry for additional storage.

The three bedrooms are spread across two floors, with two double bedrooms located on the ground floor and a twin bedroom featuring two full-size single beds on the first floor. The family bathroom is also conveniently situated on the ground floor and includes a bath with an overhead shower, a WC, and a washbasin. Additionally, there is a second WC on the ground floor for added convenience.

At the rear of the cottage, you'll discover a spacious and private garden, perfect for alfresco dining and providing a safe space for children and dogs to play and enjoy the outdoors.
