The region
+ MoreThe Bramleys is situated on the edge of the village of Old Cleeve, which is a charming hamlet with lots of thatched cottages and a beautiful church. The charming medieval village of Dunster, just off the A39. Dunster is well worth a visit for sight-seeing as well as shopping... and has many restaurants, tea rooms and pubs serving food. Here you will find the larger supermarkets and petrol stations (Tesco and Morrisons and Lidi are situated on the outskirts of the town and have long opening hours), plus a range of other shops throughout the town.
We are very lucky to have really good pubs with great food The White Horse Inn, in Washford is approximately 30 mins walk (or 4-5 mins in the car). Very good pub with lots of good reviews. The Valiant Solider, Roadwater has great food There are 2 cafes at Blue Anchor beach and The smugglers Inn. Dunster has also Pubs, restaurants, and Cafes.
