New Park Farm Meats
Nestled on the edge of Exmoor at East Anstey, New Park Farm is a small family-run farm producing a range of traditional meats. David and Sara Small, along with their three children, manage the farm with a focus on quality and sustainability. Their Pedigree Dexter beef and Oxford Sandy and Black pigs are forage-fed, ensuring that the meat is as natural and healthy as possible. The farm also offers free-range eggs and Christmas turkeys and geese. David and Sara’s dedication to low-input farming methods highlights their commitment to producing the best possible meat.
West Ilkerton Farm
Steeped in history, West Ilkerton Farm has been handed down through generations, maintaining a sustainable farming tradition with breeds like the Red Ruby Devon cattle and Exmoor Horn sheep. Located within Exmoor National Park, this family-run hill livestock farm uses a combination of modern knowledge and traditional methods to produce top-quality meat while preserving the environment. The farm’s focus on animal welfare and conservation, supported by a Higher Level Stewardship agreement, ensures that both the animals and the land are well cared for.
Bampton Game
Starting at a farmer’s market, Bampton Game has grown into a renowned producer of artisan game products. Specialising in pheasant meat, they offer a variety of preparations, from simple breasts to flavorful sausages and stir-fry meals. Their commitment to sourcing and preparing game from local farms ensures that customers receive the freshest, most delicious products possible.
The Game Chef
Tom Godber-Ford Moore, the mastermind behind The Game Chef, combines his culinary expertise with the rich, wild produce of Exmoor. Known for his delicious game meat products and bespoke catering services, Tom brings a Mediterranean flair to traditional British game. His Ultimate Pheasant Burger, made with freshly minced pheasant and a blend of spices, is a perfect example of how he elevates wild game to new culinary heights.

Exmoor Caviar
